I vote No,, '0'. I've never had a problem compiling Xerces or my own apps with the right headers. I haven't followed the discussion real closely, but I've been engineering for quite a few years and never ran across a situation I couldn't get around without asking a vendor to modify their source for me, particularly when it effects others.
