I don't know much about Jetty so I'll defer on that issue, but I'm 
definitely +1 to having a downloadable server build. That was always my 
intention when I cut the server framework away, I simply didn't want to 
have the code be something that we maintained. Using Jetty fulfills 
that requirement.
