Yes. You need to open an existing DocBook 5 document or use File|New and 
select a DocBook 5 template to activate the DocBook 5 configuration.

This menu item works really fine, thanks to the XSLT style sheet written 
by the DocBook XSL style sheets team.

Of course, this menu item will not overwrite the original DocBook 4 
document. It creates a foo.db5.xml document in the directory containing 
foo.xml.
