Another approach that I've thought of while trying to restructure documents with XXE is that it would be really nice to have another option for insertion: right now you pick your location first, then get a list of elements that can be inserted there. But usually you know the element you want, even if you don't remember the exact rules on where it is allowed. It would be really nice to be able to say, "I need to insert a list", and have XXE highlight the locations where it is legal to do so, so I could just click one. Perhaps a similar feature could be offered for pasting. I realize this is not easy to implement, however. Something for the wish list.
