* What version of Xubuntu?
* What version of Firefox?
* Packaged how, installed from where?
* If you run if from a terminal window, does it display any info about
what happened when it exits?
You gave us nothing to work on and then announced you were just changing
distro. What help can anyone give? We aren't psychic.
