That maybe caused by the old drm driver.
I have already update the latest DRM source and 64-bit binaries to
Intel graphics project in OpenSolaris.org.
Please clone the source from gate by hg clone ssh://yourloginname at hg
dot opensolaris dot org/hg/intelgraphics/intel-gfx-drm
Or get the 64bit binaries from
http://opensolaris.org/os/project/intelgraphics/DRM-bins-intelgraphics-64bit-20090107.i386.tar.bz2
