moved to base protocol. How do you think?
2. In ApplicationBaseProtocol, please do not mention history sever.
3. Where's ApplicationBaseProtocolPBClientImpl?
4. Should you modify ApplicationClientProtocolPBClientImpl as well?
5. ApplicationHistoryProtocolPBClientImpl should extend
ApplicationBaseProtocolPBClientImpl.
