Thank you [~wangda] and [~zhuqi] for the reviews and fixes! I would still add
my comments here, but if we do not want to address it, we can proceed with this
patch (I will fix the checkstyle issues):
* We are now completely reliant on mapping rules when it comes to AQC. If we
turn off mapping rules, the new AQC will simply wont work. Is it desirable?
* We are now using redundant checks, namely:
** APC flags
** Configuration flags
