I honestly think you are missing the point here, while i fully agree with you
that Cde TM is one of the most outstanding cadre within our movement and none
among us can take away that fact from him.
I think we need to be honest when dealing with this matters, we have the
responsibilty of ensuring that whatever that are advancing, it must be in the
interest of the unity of the movement. Our beloved movement has indeed in the
past years of its existence faced with complex and dynamic issue including the
one of break-away.
I think the assessment or analysis that Cde Kaizer is raising is indeed
informed by the behaviour of our outstanding former President.
* Cde Funky since when did we developed the culture of writing letter
to the leadership of the ANC, worst part is that the Former President is part
of the NEC and the NWC by virtue of being the a former president of our
movement.
* I think the cde has more access than anyone in this forum to meet
with the leadership of the ANC and raiesed his dissatisfaction within the
movement.
* Cde funky for your info, the former President is on record as saying
that he is ready for any task that the movement may give him, today we must
consult him, it is indeed very interesting.
* I think that there are many cadres who were treated badly by then
President, and they have never left the movement rather they have fought within
the structures of the movement.
I think all of us in this forum knows TM very well and those of us who are
objectively we would indeed agree that he has indeed position our country in
general but our continent in particular and no one can take that away from him
but when it come to the ANC, he had indeed failed the movement. we find ourself
in this situation because of him however some of us still hold him in high
regard.
But his connection to the black middle class party raises a lot of concern, for
instance it is reported that the day cde Shilowa resign, he spend the better
part of the night and morning with him. I have indeed personal expected him as
the loyal member of the ANC who have spent his entire life to the movement to
call this cadres and the NEC and try to resolve this matter but unfortunately
he chooses to write the open letter to his leadership.
Cde let us be honest when we engage, all this analysis is informed by the way
in which some of our cadres have behave post polokwane. this cadres failed to
understand that JZ is not a life President of the ANC, at some point he will
like TM vacate that presidential office. i am looking forward to really look at
the policies this Shikota movement whether they've got the better
transformational agenda for the people of this country but i extremely doubt,
thus far the ANC is the only organisation to really advance the that agenda for
the masses of this country.
Funky, our responsibilty now is to ensure that we achieve the 2/3 majority and
redirect the politics of the youth league as many people argue that its
intergrity has been taited which is at the partuicular extent been exagarated.

you are writing on your personal capacity [Kaizer Mohau-Writes in his personal
capacity]. Given your political seniority to many of us in the MDM structures,
one would have seriously be worried on your continous "personal attack" to Cde
Thabo Mbeki on our behalf as card carrying memebers of the ANC. Nevertheless,
it is worrying that you continue to attack him unnecessarily.
I have all your pieces of inputs printed in my table, which are more than 5,
since September 12 2008, that you have devoted your energy and resolved to make
Cde Thabo Mbeki your special project in a vexatious way. Even Zille does not
deserve such attacks as a human being.
You see, Cdes, there is this tendency that if you are bold anti- Mkebi, then
translate- you are strong pro Zuma. I remember when we were still in SASCO we
used to speak about a notion of "members of other members of the ANC,- A
Personality cult". Please just be a member of the ANC and write about something
constructive, we will then always borrow from your wisdom!

LEAD US NOT INTO TEMPTATION *

Recent development in the body politic of our country seems to be of a
nature compelling all Revolutionaries and genuine democracy loving
people of our country to stand up and be counted as soldiers who will
defend our revolution to the bitter end.
During the so-called National Convention convened by counter
revolutionaries like Terror Lekota and his cronies, statements were
made to the extend that they are prepared to do everything in their
power to defend "Democracy" and the constitution of our country.
According to these blue light revolutionaries, our democracy and the
country's constitution are under threat from the African National
Congress and its Allies.
Some of the statements uttered during this convention were of a
declaration of war against the ANC and its leadership and that of the
Alliance collectively. It is very important for all of us to make
sober analysis and make proper conclusions in the process of seeking
to develop strategies of defending our Revolution. By Revolution in
this context I am referring to everything that forms part of the
unfolding National Democratic Revolution (NDR) including the
democratic breakthrough and the country's constitution.
The convention will be remembered in our minds and history as a period
within which our movement was freed from Afro-rightwing infiltrators *
masquerading as the best cadres and revolutionaries of our time.
I think to avoid any political monotony, I will desist from dealing
with these criminals individually, as the convention has demonstrated
that they are not just individuals but they are a collective of
political capitalists who in the period they occupied government
positions looted a huge chunk of our resources * which they are now
deploying to undermine the same government.
For starters, the convention showed the South African public that
those talking of a new political party are but a bunch of bitter power
hungry Black capitalists whose fundamental objective is to reverse the
Polokwane conference outcome. The fact that the convention was
attended and addressed by the likes of Helen Zille of the Democratic
Alliance and other opposition parties clearly shows that our
Revolution is indeed under threat. Some from within us are prepared to
even forgive the historical and class enemies of our people.
Perhaps, it is time the ANC acts decisively against those who
undermined the call by the leadership of the movement not to attend
the convention * I think Cde Vavi and the 2 million workers who are
members of COSATU are correct in calling on those who intend leaving
our ranks to do it now and not later* otherwise the movement should
act decisively in dealing with these treacherous elements.
It is very interesting that they have been able to rally some elements
from the media something that makes this war interesting and unique.
The media after been defeated collectively as part and parcel of the
1996 class project's propaganda machinery * continues to assist this
class project in consolidating its counter revolutionary activities
post Polokwane conference. This was seen during the period towards the
Convention * where in which even those who were hidden behind
microphones and cameras seem to be out of the closed all of a sudden.
The likes of Sohie "Ngonyama" Mokwena and others have in recent
period been giving major and critical airtime to the Lekota and co.
with the sole purpose of ensuring that their agenda of discrediting
the Movement and its leadership supersedes everything in this country.
I was not surprised to read from the media that some of those
individuals who were part of the Thabo Mbeki faction and Office as the
President of the Republic were part of this convention * linked with
the letter from Thabo Mbeki to President Jacob Zuma last week, one is
compelled to conclude that Thabo Mbeki is indeed part of the
convention.
Whether his praise singers and foot soldiers in the so- called the
Friends of Democracy website agrees or not * is immaterial to me.
In fact let me deal for a moment with some political imbeciles who
normally abuse computer keyboards with their counter revolutionary
venom * who have made it their business to be Thabo Mbeki'
Spokespersons on the new media .
Some of them argues that in my response to the notorious letter from
their mini God * Thabo Mbeki * lacks substance in terms of dealing
with serious issues raised in that letter.
For their assistance which is free of charge, I did deal for instances
with the issue of "the phenomenon of personality cult" * which I
still contest that it was invented by the very Thabo Mbeki who is now
trying to play the victim in this whole thing. Like a pseudo medical
scientist * Thabo Mbeki invented a medicine after taking it himself
complains of some complications - how does he think other people felt
when he forced them to take the medication?
Please Comrades, indeed lead us not into temptation.
The fact that those responsible for the better part of the problems we
are currently experiencing are the ones who are today pointing fingers
at people who are only responding to their unkindness to the
Revolution and our people is very fascinating.
It is fascinating to note that the very Terror Lekota chaired the
National Executive Committee meetings of the ANC * during the period
in which the ANC made very problematic decisions which were not aimed
at creating an enabling environment for the consolidation, advancing
and deepening of the NDR.
And these are the decisions which led to a fully fledged phenomenon of
personality cult around the "Mini God".
To call on the people of our country to rally against the ANC, you
must be certain that you will be able to stand your ground when the
masses realises your wickedness and betrayal of their course.
Therefore we should repeat, lead us not into temptation.
No serious and solid army will declare a war conscious of its
inability to inflict serious damage on the other side, let alone
winning that war.
Do not speak war as if it is catering or baking cakes * the ANC fought
and the ANC Fights, the ANC will continue to fight for the betterment
of the lives of all our people.
We shall never, ever be intimidated or forced into succumbing to the
agenda of counter Revolution.
