Yipes! Copy-and-paste to a 3rd party program I've never used before, and then paste back to Outlook -- for at least half of the messages I send each day, not to mention those I need to print out? Where do I go to complain to M$ about this, since I don't have Outlook yet? (BTW, I used "paste as quotation" to insert the above text. <sigh>) Here's two more feature queries, for facilities I use a lot: 1) Editing headers of received messages. This is useful for sorting, and clarifying topics when the original header isn't descriptive enough. (Yet another great Eudora feature.) Right now I use the edit_subject Applescript for that, but I assume that won't work with Outlook. 2) Editing the content of received messages (which is something Entourage lets me do, as does Eudora). --And if the message is HTML, it would be nice if I could keep the original formatting instead of turning the message into plain text (though with format=flowed, that's less of an issue). Diane (and all of you MVPs on this list), thanks very much for all this info -- even when the answers are a disappointment, it helps to be prepared. <smile> --Levanah -- YouTalk mailing list List information: http://www.entourage.mvps.org/support_options/list.html List moderator: [email protected], [email protected] To unsubscribe: mailto:[email protected]?subject=unsubscribe
