I handle all email for our two-person office (I'm the only computer-person). I always print out my partner's email for him to read. Sometimes we receive emails addressed to my partner that also contain material meant for me. I copy the message to another folder (thus keeping one intact copy as received), select and reply to the stuff meant for me, then delete that from the received message (using Message>Edit Message) before printing it out for my partner (that way he doesn't have to be distracted by stuff that's not in his area). I prefer to print from Entourage when possible, because (most of the time) it preserves To/From/Date/Subject information on the printout. So...I'd like to still be able to do that with Outlook: edit a received message, save it, and print out the edited version from within the mail client. If the received message is formatted, I'd like to keep the formatting in the edited message (as Eudora allowed me to do) BUT I can live without that, as I've been doing since moving to Entourage (which will only edit received messages if they're converted to text-only first). --Levanah -- YouTalk mailing list List information: http://www.entourage.mvps.org/support_options/list.html List moderator: [email protected], [email protected] To unsubscribe: mailto:[email protected]?subject=unsubscribe
