Anthony, Mao Zedong was partially incorrect. You may indeed judge a person, but it is meaningless.
For what purpose would you want to do that? And to use some ratio of 'good' and 'bad' behavior you'd first have to judge the person's behaviors as 'good' or 'bad'. Also you'd have to somehow have access to every one of the person's behavior so you could categorize each one - not just one's you know or have heard about.
