Bless your lovin' that Chinese lunch.  I'd eat with you anytime.

Standing meditation is one of my favorites.  And something I teach my 
"Buddhist-Yoga" students... to practice!  You can't teach much, without their 
PRACTICING.

Keep this in mind.  Well, to a point.  You'll go to a place soon.
