Thanks MAGnUm / jmp242 for reply I have entered the zwinuser & zwinpasswod credentials correctly, SNMP Informant is also installed on windows box. I have also configured the Admin privilege account at /Devices/Server/Windows zProperties, but still m unable to see the winservices, OS Process etc⦠I think errors on virtual appliances is due to less memory only, Iâll try to upgrade my RAM and check it later, also i had gone through the Zenoss book (Zenoss Core Network and System Monitoring â by Michael Badger) but finding it very basic and seems not covering all the topics in depth, If you know about any other books for Zenoss (basically covering configuration & Troubleshooting in details) please share with us Thanks & Regards SAM_
