Hi all i m new to zenoss , i installed Zenoss on Linux (RedHat/Ubuntu), after adding windows Device i am unable to see the OS Process and winservices, also when i try to add it manually no service will be listed as i m not comfortable with Linux OS; Finally i decided to switch to Appliance I ran the zenoss on VMware player on winXP but here when i try to access device detail page i m getting error Type: KeyError Value: 1222165000 and also unable to allocate memory any STEP by STEP solution to above problems will be thankful
