I remember getting this because my script wasn't in $ZENHOME/libexec and 
/or the script wasn't chmod+x ... At least on my RPM install, Zenoss 
just would not run scripts to collect info unless they were in the 
libexe directory.

I've never used SSH=true, maybe try turning that off for a little while? 
Or at least check the setup for SSH.
