Thanks so much for your reply. I verified the following: - Ping and snmpwalk from Zenoss - Each datasource in the bound command templates tests fine against the device - Zeneventlog is reading the device events
This is version 2.3.3. We were trying to resolve this issue before upgrading as we were afraid if there was invalid device configuration that we might cause more problems.
