With a full pool, perhaps a couple of weeks, but unless the pool is full (something that's strictly discouraged), a few days should do. I'm currently replacing WD drives on a server with 4 9-drive RAIDz2 VDEVs, and it takes about two days. A single drive replacement takes about 24 hours.
