Me too. I think Desi's eyes just draw you in because they are so different
than most dogs and unique..To me , they always look like they are kinder
and sweeter dogs, even though I know that isn't so, they just make you take
a second look. I am so glad you have that one very nice family
That sounds like a good idea to try, aiming the camera down to deflect the
reflection of the light on their eyes. I didn't even know there was a pet
setting on cameras, see how much I know, a good picture is just hit or miss
with me, but I hope to learn and take a photography class some

Awww, what a lovely family photo of all of you. Desi's eyes are SO
mesmerizing, but, of course, they are just both so adorable. I am really

I do too, love Desi's eyes. Every time I see them I am struck by how
pretty they are.
I have an applehead Siamese kitty with huge blue eyes and her eyes almost
always come out red (or sometimes a ghostly white which is equally eerie)
and someone giving camera advice on Amazon said it is
