This includes an soname bump.
This notice is just a formality since c4core was introduced in order to
package rapidyaml in the future, and no packages yet depend on it.

Timeshift is a graphical tool to manage BTRFS snapshots. I don't use it
personally, but I know a bunch of people that rely on it.
