yeah, both mixes have got that wicked Red-sound which kinda builds menacingly under the surface until it's full force is unleashed. Dave was definitely on a bit of a roll at that time - Red 1, the Aphrohead remixes, and then Red 2. his remixes of DJ Hell "Hot On The Hells Of Love" and Robert Armani "Road Tour" are in a similar vein n'all.
btw, i'm not too sure which track Rob Hood remixed for the "Metropolis Present Day" Remixes 12", but i dug out the "Metropolis" album last night and the penultimate track on there is a Robert Hood remix of "Footsteps of Rage". mighty fine it is too.
