you can reach the red cross at 1-800-448-3543. be patient. in detroit, you can call 313-465-8300. they have 3 donation centers in metro detroit: dearborn, livonia, & warren. they are all pretty booked because of the huge response - i am not able to get in until thursday afternoon.
