they are the one of the ones i have had good luck with. it is especially great if you are in the US and they pay the shipping for you. i think that is a great move on their part. i am getting ready to do another order with them. the other is record time. a great place to get all your detroit music needs. plus thier prices on domestic vinyl is cheaper then the rest of the country. if only they would pay shipping...maybe i should put that in Ani's suggestion box :) everyone else i have delt with has had something up thier ass and you had to do certain things the hard way to recieve your package. like satellite records...have to be at the house for the UPS man to show up so you can pay him....i don't remember. i gave up on them long ago. they suck. big selection, but unless they revamped their delivery method i won't shop from them. I ALSO LOVE E-BAY!
