and Otomo (Akira; Steamboy) might be considered 'techno', according to those
rules;
Frank Frazetta (Vampirella; Molly Hatchet album covers (!!!)) and
Joe Kubert (Sgt. Joe Rock; DC Comics) are definitely *not* techno, though.
