dear list,
can you please what will happen if i keep a board.   officers will be
in favour of passengers, they will take take action if complaint
launches.  especially in railways passengers want their things to done
immediagely.  they can wait hours in other places but at railway
ticket counters/enquiry they loss their patience and want their things
done without any delay.
