Hi Geetha I do appreciate your observation. A person can empathise with a problem if he is aware of the problem in the first place. Awareness of dyslexic condition is almost0% in our population.
This movie has done a great job in spreading awareness of this condition. I have not watched this movie as yet and can't say much how the subject has been treated in the film. It brings out an interesting point, how demanding is the job of a teacher and the wide range of topics a teacher should be aware apart of ones subject. Awareness of different forms of disability should be an important component in teacher training. Until the last pay commission the remuneration for teachers was pathetic and even now it is not a sought for job.
