Nothing can happen to such poor and small minded people. I am a resident of
Alwar, Rajasthan. I also get to hear this many times that their children
will also be blind.

Still people has their own fears like this which we cannot resolve and

1. first fear is their children might develope disability which nobody
can proove.
2. Eventhough we are financially independent, our jobs might be at
risk as if, their job is the safest heaven.
3. today we may sound as independent, but tomorrow, we may ask some
help by emotionally attacking our siblings.
These kind of negative assumptions cannot be cured as its the effect
of their own psychological problems, masked as expressing like our
defects.

it is dificult to prove that you are in good job even if you get a good
one. blindness is blindness, it has nothing to do with your good job
outside your office building. I have 30 years of banking job, but, still
some of my far relatives don't believe it. A complete blind person has
to struggle with the perception in society. only wait and watch rule works.

Even if some people are ready for marriage, then they believe that we are
an incarnation of God and their daughter will serve us and that will give
them virtue and their daughter. Sometimes I feel like this world is not for
us so Kaveri don't consider yourself alone because you are not the only one
who is facing such things there are almost everyone like you who are facing
these things.
