Sorry to hear about your track record with Indigo, Vaibhav. It's really
unfortunate. But, here in lies the problem. not speaking up, and making it
publicly known, how shoddy their services can get, makes them complacent,
and overconfident. That is what has given them the audacity to relegate my
issue as an isolated one.
If there is one thing all of us must  learn, and hopefully practice, is to
make our displeasure known, every time something goes wrong. like many have
said, they are not doing us a favour, simply offering a service, to which
they have committed themselves to, and are bound by government mandate.
