Hi everyone,, I've consistently traveled with Indigo Airlines and have never encountered any issues. In my opinion, Indigo is the best airline because their ground staff and cabin crew have always been well-trained and highly professional. I appreciate that they even ask for consent before providing assistance, such as holding my hand., Now, I have a question: Should we tip the ground staff who assist us to the aircraft? Is it customary to offer them money? I'm unsure whether it would be appropriate because they are already well-trained and specially prepared to assist passengers as part of their job. Unlike watchmen, cab drivers, and restaurant waiters who often expect tips from me in return of the assistance, airline ground staff are trained professionals. Please share your experience. Do you offer some money as tip or not? Regards. Cauvery. She, Her.
