It is part of their duty to help us without money. Yes, I agree with Mahendra's opinion that lower staf people expect money in return for guiding us. I too have experienced this in my life several times. Sometimes back when I was traveling to my office for an event in the cab provided by the office, the driver started negotiating with me for extra money because of my disability. I had escalated to the relevant department and to my immediate supervisor. I had this type of experience with an OLA cab driver also.
