On what basis you can claim that a University/college teacher has to take 2-3 classes and the strength is not more that 30 students? Please correct your facts and don't unnecessarily over-fascinate the college teaching, it is equally challenging in terms of managing and organising classes and other activities. There are some great difference between colleges and Govt schools specially in Delhi and also some in between govt schools and my school. I am not viewing so same for defending my personal point, it is based on my personal working experience of about 20 years in different 12 or 13 Govt schools, in where, I have taught. Mostly, in college, a lecturer / professor takes hardly two or three periods in a day and strength of students is not more than 30 per class. If road connectivity between two or three buildings are good and under reach of VH employees nothing is possible. But, in my present school, Principal office is in first building in where, every must has to present personally at the time of arrival and departure. Due to having vacant first period of each VH employee, all VH employees must had to go common staff room in first period. My 2nd, 3rd and 4th periods were in 2nd building, 5th and 6th periods were in third building, 7th period was in again 2nd building and in 8th period, I had to go in common staff room and then, at the end, I had to report principal office in 1st building at the departure time.
