Even though there are plenty of circulars/guidelines or whatever, whenever
the branch manager is getting transferred and the new person is taking in
charge, we are facing problems. I'm not sure when all these idiots are going
to learn or dono how far the bank management is educating their officers to
deal with the disabled people. Also I'm not sure how many of them are able
to understand what is written in the circular which we are presenting to
them.

For your kind information, the idiot who he is sitting in the branch where
my account is, still denying to give me internet banking facility. Even
after filing a complaint with disability commissioner.

The previous branch manager accepted my initials. the present officials said

that a blind man has to be present at the time of withdrawal of any money.

So, issuing cheques or sending my partner of the joint account becomes
meaningless.
