Even though there are plenty of circulars/guidelines or whatever, whenever the branch manager is getting transferred and the new person is taking in charge, we are facing problems. I'm not sure when all these idiots are going to learn or dono how far the bank management is educating their officers to deal with the disabled people. Also I'm not sure how many of them are able to understand what is written in the circular which we are presenting to them.
