Hi zoher, I hear you. The question remains; how do you draw consistently without seeing what you are drawing? Did you practice?
I have reached a stage where I have to sine about 5 to 6 times a year so I have very little practice. Most of those signatures don't matter much since they belong to things like couriers and attendance sheets. The only issue is with the bank and things like cheques and other financial documents where shape consistency is important. I have seen signature guides but not the kind you describe.
