Their behavior was good and I was told that it may take 2 months to complete the procedure. They told me that they will verify the certificate we submit by sending the officials to the hospital. After the due verification only, the card will be issued. They further that nearly 2500 applications have been received and around 20 cards issued so far. And finally they gave the phone number along with their names to do the follow up enquiries. Anil.
