Thanks for writing a more structured list.
However, the only thing of interest (to me) right now is to answer the
question:
"what harm would the proposed policy change do?", especially ones that
hasn't been brought up.
So please re-write your email with that in mind, and provide clear
examples of what _harm_ the policy change would do to the actual companies
that are going to USE the space (and their end users), not the ones
trading in the address space.
