Hi Aaron, Your question is actually a bit different from what Chris was asking about, but I can address it here. To determine what client accounts are connected to your MCC account, use the method AccountService.getClientAccounts(): http://code.google.com/apis/adwords/docs/developer/AccountService.html#getClientAccounts. In production it will return the login emails for your connected AdWords accounts, and in sandbox it will return the login emails for the auto-generated dummy accounts.
