They work, and they're cheap. Although, I would probably recommend using
IgniteNets instead, at this point, because they can (legally) use channel
4.5 (66ghz) now, which is desirable at that distance... the Mikrotiks do
work on 66ghz too, but it's not exactly legal at this point.

The nice thing about the Mikrotiks, is that the beamforming antenna makes
them a lot easier to align than the Ignitenets, but I think the Ignitenets
are a bit more reliable overall, and the cost for the 1Gbps radios isn't
that much different
