On a side note, one thing that preseem really revealed to us was that if
they are having internal Wi-Fi issues on their network it has a HUGE
negative impact on your network due to all the re-transmissions.

Between preseem and Calix we’ve been able to drastically improve our
entire network.  Preseem helps us identify which clients have internal
network issues.  If they already have our Calix we can diagnose and
proactively help them fix the issue.  If they don’t have a Calix it’s a
good way to try to upsell.  Usually when we call they mention how the TV in
the basement is always buffering or something similar.  We get them a good
Wi-Fi signal to the device and everything runs better.

You’d be amazed at how much their crappy Wi-Fi is dragging down your whole
network.
