Ooooh, look at all these customers and all this revenue. And think how much more profitable it could be with some cuts in the customer service budget, Travis was spending way too much there. If customers complain, we’ll sell them service plans. Now customer service is a profit center not a cost center. Plus we’ll charge Idaho customers $10/mo more than Utah customers because there’s less competition. Damn, we’re good.
