Can anyone suggest a system that would allow an ISP to provide a customer a detailed report on Internet usage. I'm talking about the ability to show a customer, on usage based billing, what caused the consumption. My thought would be to route the customers IP through a specialized process for a limited period of time so details could be collected. A sort of debug mode.
