I did, but I think that may be where the problem lies. I think that the instructions that I was following had me put it in the wrong place. That is the next thing I was going to check. I just don't have much time for extra projects and for now Firefox works. I need to figure out how to generate my own SSL certs for all of our infrastructure gear so that I can store them on the machine.
