If your installers have mini fridges in their vehicles, keep an eye out for vials that arent lemonade. If youre going to test for a reason, dont dick around with urinalysis or blood serum. Pay the dough for hair sampling, it will cost you a shit ton and is virtually impossible to cheat. But risky candidates wont even apply if they know there are hair samples.
