This is with Cambium gear?
The issue is the sync over power creates enough of a inductive spike to
cause CRC errors. The fix is either to separate the wiring from the
tower steel, provide sync over the sync port at the AP, use the internal
sync on PTP450, or swap one wire from each of the power pairs so that
+/- are on a twisted pair. The latter is probably the best solution
other than it can lead to the next guy who looks at the RJ45 deciding
it's screwed up and 'fixing' it for you.
