They enforced the change for us at their Toronto POP … was all good – we had wanted to move to 3257 anyways…..

We were able to see this when both of our BGP Sessions were collapsed on to the same Router... It is possible that they have done similar @ 350 Cemack. If you look at bgp.he.net <http://bgp.he.net> , you will see that AS4436 is becoming a placeholder / internal ASN for them. Regards.
