I really think it's just the SFP+ ports that have the
issue. I was able to get it working on an eth port
before it was defaulted, but could never get the SFPs
talking. Tried several different SFPs (makes and types).
After the default we couldn't even get it to work on eth
anymore, so it's got to be a configure issue somewhere.
It will show transmit happening at about 320kbps, but 0
receive.
