Does anyone here market a specific "backup connection" to small businesses (non-BGP)? Here, Comcast has a strong foothold on business connections, but they go down occasionally (like anyone else would), so there is an opportunity there. With Cloud based solutions, VoIP solutions, redundancy for a business would make sense.
