1)      We would require a Mikrotik that we can monitor both connections, with 
alerts etc. (which we can already do)

2)      In the example of a failover, we can setup the Mikrotik to be just that.

Charge a normal rate, maybe a bit less to compete.  Imagine if you make it 
cheap and they use you primarily all day.
