The guy who did the video is only charged with a felon on the act of recording, not what he recorded which was still true. They were selling body parts. They aren’t getting him on doctoring a video, they are getting him because it’s illegal for one person to record a conversation. It’s kind of like when they audited Ben Carson or when the indicted D’Souza, total political bullshit. Then when they don’t indict Hillary for far worse on many fronts, Sharpton, Black Panthers, the IRS, etc…, you can see the corruption in the Justice Department so don’t go buy the fact someone is being indicted. Heck, Rick Perry was under an illegal indictment by the Democrats that finally got thrown out of court.
