There  are lots of nice pump type water filters that can make drinkable water 
out of almost anything.
One would think they would have lots of those on hand in areas that get 
flooding like this.

Water is scarce down there ..my wife and I provided 20 cases (40 bottles) to a 
supply convoy heading out tonight.  We are going to send clothes on 
Saturday..Fort Bliss soldiers and several law enforcement officers are en 
route.

Well, I assume. Why can't I put red diesel into...  sorry, most hybrids can 
engage the combustion motor for movement....  a factory version of a Volt with 
a diesel?

        I know one is legal and one is not, but they're basically the same 
thing, just one comes with the generator and the other doesn't.
