This specification clearly *DOES NOT GIVE THIS BEHAVIOUR*!
1) The document specifies only behavious of Numbered or Bulleted lists, not
general paragraphs.
2) Never mentions the act of backspacing deleting formating on a prior
paragraph.
Please pass this issue on to someone else as you are clearly not willing to
handle it.
